Sending your item in 5 steps

Arrange your own insured shipping

Use any carrier you like, and declare the item's full value so it's covered for the trip to us.

Photograph the item and email it to us first

Photograph the exterior and interior — including anything already worn or damaged — and email it to info@vetoben.com before shipping. We'll confirm receipt. Why this matters →

Pack it securely

Use a rigid box, wrap the item so it can't shift, and keep original tags and packaging intact. Full packing guidance →

Drop it off and track it

Hand the package to a staffed carrier location and hold on to your tracking number until we confirm delivery.

We confirm receipt

You'll get an email once your item arrives and passes intake, along with a payment link. From there it goes to examination, and same-day turnaround starts from the day it arrives.
