• Item Integrity: For the quality assurance of our collection, returns must include all original packaging and show no signs of use. Items not meeting these standards will be returned to the sender.

• Carrier & Liability: We do not accept UPS. Risk of loss or damage during return transit remains the responsibility of the sender.

• Order Adjustments: Refunds for cancellations or "change of mind" are processed less original shipping and credit card transaction fees to cover administrative costs.

• Authenticity Verification: Claims require official physical documentation (e.g., brand store receipts/emails). We are unable to accept online photo-based appraisals as valid grounds for refund.
