I. INDEPENDENT LUXURY AUTHORITY
VETOBEN is an independent luxury curation platform. We are not affiliated with, associated with, or officially partnered with any of the brands featured on our site, including but not limited to Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Piaget, Tiffany & Co., Hermes, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Dior.
All items are pre-owned or sourced through independent channels. Authenticity is verified solely by VETOBEN’s proprietary and rigorous multi-point inspection protocols. Brand manufacturers do not provide warranties for products sold through our platform.
II. PRE-OWNED ASSET CONDITION STANDARDS
Due to the nature of the secondary market, all items are sold in "As-Is" condition. Natural variations in leather grain, minor surface scratches on Handbags, and micro-wear or mechanical variances in Watches and Jewelry are inherent characteristics of pre-owned luxury goods and shall not be deemed defects.
• Final Authority: VETOBEN holds the final and exclusive right to determine the condition grade and authenticity of any item. Subjective opinions from third-party apps or non-official entities will not be recognized as grounds for a return.
III. PRICING ACCURACY & ORDER GOVERNANCE
• Pricing Errors: In the event of a manifest error in pricing or product information, VETOBEN reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund, even after payment has been processed.
• Security Verification: To prevent fraudulent transactions, we may request additional Identity Verification. Failure to provide requested documentation will result in the immediate cancellation of the order.
IV. TAXES, DUTIES & RETURN LOGISTICS
• Customs & Taxes: All import duties, local taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Refusal to accept a shipment due to tax obligations will result in the forfeiture of a refund.
• Return Integrity: High-resolution media records of each item’s condition are kept prior to dispatch. Any item returned in a state differing from its original dispatch record—including signs of wear, damage, or missing components—will be rejected for return.
V. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms and all transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles, California.
