💼 주요 역할

  • 투자 유치 및 자금 조달 전략 수립 및 실행
  • 금융기관 및 VC, PE 등 외부 파트너십 구축
  • 사업 확장 및 구조화 계획 총괄
  • 핵심 파트너와의 협력 관계 구축 및 전략적 의사소통

🧠 자격 요건

  • 금융권(은행, VC, PE 등)에서 10년 이상 경력
  • 투자 유치 및 자금 구조화 실무 경험
  • 스타트업 또는 성장 기업에서의 리더십 경험 우대
  • 영어 능통 및 글로벌 커뮤니케이션 역량

Our Downtown LA showroom is a beautifully designed retail space that reflects Vetoben’s luxury ethos and serves as a strategic hub for brand experience and customer engagement.

Now, Vetoben is ready to evolve beyond its founder-led model. We are seeking a CEO with strategic leadership and financial expertise to take the helm and drive our next phase of growth. As peers like The RealReal, Fashionphile, and Rebag have scaled into public companies or subsidiaries of major groups, Vetoben is poised to join that league.

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead capital raising and funding strategy
  • Build relationships with banks, VCs, and institutional investors
  • Oversee business expansion and financial structuring
  • Build strategic partnerships and lead high-level communication with key stakeholders

🧠 Qualifications

  • 10+ years in finance (banking, VC, PE, etc.)
  • Proven track record in fundraising and capital strategy
  • Leadership experience in startups or growth-stage companies preferred
  • Fluent in English with strong cross-cultural communication skills

💎 Compensation & Terms

  • Base salary of $200,000+ (negotiable based on experience)
  • Stock options and performance-based incentives
  • Equity participation opportunity upon meeting defined milestones (contract-based)
