Due to the exceptional discount rate applied during this event, returns and refunds are strictly limited to the following condition:

Returns or refunds will only be accepted if the purchased item is proven to be inauthentic (not a genuine product of the stated brand).

We stand firmly behind the authenticity of every product sold and provide official invoices or certificates of authenticity accordingly.

Should a customer dispute the authenticity of an item, such claims must be supported exclusively by an official appraisal or verification issued directly by the brand or its authorized affiliates.

Appraisals or opinions from independent or third-party agencies will not be accepted under any circumstances.

All claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
